Initial assessment + brokerage agreement drafting according to your wishes.

Obtaining and checking documents (e.g., property manager's certificate, 1 copy).

Technical and legal inspection of the apartment (no client presence required).

Basic information about the apartment, floor plan, and a short and concise description of the apartment for the sales advertisement.

The most common sales portals are Oikotie & Etuovi. Targeted marketing to investors (internal network and buyer lists).

Apartment viewings mainly remote, no general viewings.

Offer negotiations in line with the client's objectives. We review the terms of the offers and provide legal advice.

We prepare the deeds of sale and required documents, with most transactions handled remotely via DIAS.

Fees are defined collaboratively with the client and adjusted as needed. The most common structure includes a percentage of net income combined with a fixed base fee.
